**Terms & Conditions**
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by JMA Joinery & Building Services ("JMA", "we", "us", or "our"). By engaging our services, you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
**1. Services:**
JMA provides joinery and building services as agreed upon with the Client. These services may include but are not limited to carpentry, construction, renovation, repair, and installation.
**2. Quotations:**
All quotations provided by JMA are valid for the specified period and are subject to change based on project scope, specifications, or unforeseen circumstances. Any additional work requested by the Client will be quoted separately.
**3. Payments:**
Payment terms will be outlined in the quotation or communicated to the Client. Payments are due according to the agreed schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
**4. Deposits and Payments for Materials:**
Before commencement of work, JMA may require the Client to provide a deposit or make payments for materials, as outlined in the quotation or contract. Failure to provide the required deposit or payments may result in delays to the project schedule. Any deposits or payments made for materials will be deducted from the total project cost.
**5. Cancellations and Refunds:**
Cancellation of services by the Client must be made in writing and may be subject to cancellation fees or charges for work already completed or materials purchased. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy.
**6. Project Delays:**
JMA will make every effort to complete projects within the agreed timeframe. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as inclement weather, material shortages, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays to the Client and work to minimize their impact.
**7. Materials and Equipment:**
JMA will provide materials and equipment necessary for the completion of the project unless otherwise agreed upon with the Client. Any additional materials or equipment required will be discussed and approved by the Client before purchase.
**8. Warranty:**
JMA guarantees the quality of workmanship and materials used for a period specified in the contract or quotation. Any defects or issues arising from our work will be rectified at no additional cost to the Client within the warranty period.
**9. Liability:**
JMA will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of our workers and the property of the Client. However, we will not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from accidents, negligence, or misuse of our services.
**9. Insurance:**
JMA holds appropriate insurance coverage, including public liability insurance, to protect our clients, workers, and property during the provision of our services.
**10. Dispute Resolution:**
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the provision of our services will be resolved through negotiation and mediation in good faith. In the event that a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in [jurisdiction].
**11. Amendments:**
JMA reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client in writing. Continued use of our services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
